The concept

The intra-company exchange program in brief:

Holidays with an employee's family

Exchange program for teenagers between 14 and 18 years of age with an employee family abroad. The objective of the internal company program is to build up relationships between employees across national boundaries and to give the employee's children the opportunities to get to know other countries and cultures.

Requirements for taking part

Children of company employees who are no younger than 14 when applying and no older than 18 at the time of departure, have a knowledge of English and an interest in other countries and cultures are eligible to participate.

Host families

In principle, all employees of the company are welcome as host families. 

Cofam services

CoFam handles all the planning, organization, information, coordination, including flights and insurance for the participants*.

Participant's responsibilities

Pocket money, a small gift for the host family, hosting a child from another family in return, possible visas and immunization costs, agreement to publish photos and reports about the exchange program both in inhouse and external media.
