CoFam was founded by Dr. Julia Funke, since 2021 Indre Bermann is the owner of
CoFam - The Company Family Program. She has more than 25 years of experience and expertise in international exchange programs and intercultural learning and she herself has lived and worked abroad with her family for several years.

Protecting our planet together - for us and for future generations.
Our exchange program offers young people the opportunity to gain valuable international experience and get to know new cultures. However, we are aware of the environmental challenges associated with air travel and want to do our part to keep the ecological footprint as small as possible. That is why we make an annual donation to the recognized organization Atmosfair.
Atmosfair is committed to climate protection worldwide and supports projects, that have been carefully
