Hosting a young person from another culture is an invaluable enrichment for the whole family, and friendships for life are often formed in the process.

The exchange program is based on reciprocity: just as you and your family introduce a young person from a foreign colleague's family to your home country for a period of two to four weeks and give him or her insights into your way of life, your child in turn benefits from the experiences of everyday life in the other host family.
