Employee children who are between 14 and 18 years old at the time of departure and have an interest in other cultures can participate. To benefit from this exchange, they should have a knowledge of English, curiosity and openness to other ways of life.

The program targets families with children aged between 14 and 18, but also all employees who would like to host a young person and thus establish personal contact with colleagues from other countries.

The duration and the time of the stay are agreed upon by the host families individually. As a rule, the period is two to four weeks.
